Who can join
You must be 18 or over, single or otherwise free to date, and use your own real identity and recent photos. One account per person.
Zero tolerance
No harassment, hate, threats, sexual content without consent, nudity, scams, requests for money, spam, advertising or impersonation. We review every report and may remove content, hide profiles or close accounts without notice. If you're in danger, call 999.
Reporting and blocking
You can block or report any member from their profile or your chat. Blocking ends the match straight away. Reports are reviewed by our team, usually within 24 hours.
Meeting safely
Meet in public, tell a friend where you're going, and never send money to someone you've met here. We don't run criminal background checks on members.
LondonLife Plus
Plus is optional: £4.99 a month or £10.99 every three months, renewing automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time from Settings; you keep Plus until the end of the period you've paid for. Core dating features stay free.
Your content
You own what you post. You let us show it to other members so the service works. Remove it any time, or delete your account in Settings.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes. You can stop using LondonLife and delete your account at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
