Who we are
LondonLife Dating ("LondonLife") is a dating service for adults aged 18+ in London, available at londonlifedating.co.uk and in our phone apps.
What we collect
Your email address and password (stored securely); the profile you publish — name, age, gender, who you'd like to meet, approximate London area, job, bio, interests, prompt answers and your optional Hustle Couple answers; photos and videos you upload; likes, passes, matches and messages; reports and blocks you make; and your Plus subscription status. We never ask for your income, salary, debts or bank details, and we only show an approximate area, never your exact location.
Video dates
Video dates connect directly between the two matched members' devices. We do not record or store video or audio.
Why we use it
To run your account, show your profile to compatible members, create matches, deliver messages, keep members safe (reviewing reports, removing profiles that break our rules) and manage your Plus subscription.
Who we share it with
Other signed-in members see your published profile, photos and videos. We use trusted providers to host the service and data, and Stripe to process payments — card details go straight to Stripe and never reach us. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account is open. When you delete your account in Settings, your profile, photos, matches and messages are removed. Payment records may be kept by Stripe as required by law.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to how we use it. Delete your account any time in Settings, or email us for anything else. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Children
LondonLife is strictly for adults 18 and over. We remove any account we believe belongs to someone younger.
